because some of us have taken general chemistry... doing a reaction one way to produce hydrogen, then reversing the same reaction, without any external catalysts or power sources CANNOT produce a net gain in energy, therefor your battery would slowly deplete as I'm assuming its proposing to use electrolysis to produce the hydrogen as all these other scams do. Even if you were using 0 energy to propel the car, due to inefficiencies of the engine, alternator, etc., using the battery for electrolysis of water, then charging the battery via alternator using the engine running, using hydrogen as a fuel would slowly drain the battery completely until the reaction ceased. Not to mention electrolysis is a very slow process.
